Fruit to Fuel
Fruit waste including mango or pineapple peels is converted into biogas to generate carbon-neutral electricity used for the factory.

Coconut shells and mango stones, which cannot be used for biogas, is used as fuel for heating ovens.

Water Treatment
Rainwater is collected in the dams, treated in a wastewater treatment plant and used in the factory Special care is taken of the soil and groundwater, and all water used in the factory is returned to the earth, cleaned and filtered.

Organic Fertiliser
Four tons of organic fertiliser is produced daily from composted fruit waste which cannot be used in the biogas plant. This natural fertiliser improves the structure and quality of the soil and promotes richer harvests of premium fruit.
